Option 1 - Airport Shuttle (Recommended)

Con-X-ion Airport Transfers operates regular shuttle services between Brisbane Airport and Noosa, including door-to-door transfers to accommodation in the Noosa area. Advance booking is strongly recommended, particularly for international attendees and passengers travelling with luggage.

Option 2 - Greyhound Coach

Take the Airtrain from Brisbane Airport to Noosa Junction. Greyhound tickets should be booked in advance.

From Noosa Junction, attendees may take a local bus (Route 626 or 627) to Noosa Heads Station, followed by a short walk to Elysium Noosa Resort. Alternatively, a taxi or rideshare service can be used for the final transfer.

Option 3 - Public Transport

From Brisbane Airport, take the Airtrain to Roma Street Station. From Roma Street Station, take the T1 Nambour/Gympie North train towards Gympie North and alight at Cooroy Station. At Cooroy Station, transfer to Bus Route 631 towards Noosa and alight at Noosa Heads Station, followed by a short walk to Elysium Noosa Resort.

Passengers should check the Translink Journey Planner before travelling, as train and bus connections may vary by day.

Ticketing: No advance booking is required for the public transport option. Translink public transport currently operates on a flat AUD 0.50 fare per journey, including eligible transfers; however, Airtrain is excluded and has a separate fare (approximately AUD 23 per person, one-way). At Brisbane Airport, Airtrain accepts contactless Visa and Mastercard, including cards stored on a smartphone or smartwatch.

Option 2 - Taxi or Rideshare

Taxis and rideshare services are available directly outside the Sunshine Coast Airport terminal. The drive from the airport to Elysium Noosa Resort normally takes approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic. 

For passengers travelling in small groups or with substantial luggage, this may be a convenient option.

Fare: Taxi-approximately AUD 65–80 per vehicle, one-way.

Travel time: approximately 25–30 min.

Option 3 - Public Bus

Translink Route 622 operates between Sunshine Coast Airport and Noosa Junction via Coolum. 

At Noosa Junction, transfer to Route 626 or 627 and alight at Noosa Heads Station. Elysium Noosa Resort is then a short walk from the station. 

Public bus services are the most economical option. Contactless debit and credit card payments are available on Translink services at Sunshine Coast Airport. 

Fare: Translink (Bus 622 + 626/627)-AUD 0.50 per journey.

Travel time: approximately 1 h 15 min–1 h 30 min, depending on connections.

From Sydney Airport (SYD) to Brisbane Airport (BNE)

Direct flights from Sydney to Brisbane operate frequently throughout the day.

Airlines: Qantas, Virgin Australia and Jetstar.

Flight time: approximately 1 h 30 min.

From Melbourne Airport (MEL) to Brisbane Airport (BNE)

Direct flights from Melbourne to Brisbane operate frequently throughout the day.

Airlines: Qantas, Virgin Australia and Jetstar.

Flight time: approximately 2 h 15 min–2 h 20 min.

After Arriving at Brisbane Airport (BNE)

After arriving at Brisbane Airport (BNE), attendees can travel to Elysium Noosa Resort using the airport shuttle, Greyhound coach, or public transport options described above.
